Shed Burglar Alarms

Garden sheds can be secured by a shed burglar alarm or a padlock,  and  an innovative solution is provided by Prozone, who have a product which combines the two.

This is a padlock with a difference. It has an inbuilt alarm siren.

The garden shed is just as important as the rest of your property. Depending on the condition of your garden shed and what you use it for it could be worth investing a little on securing its contents particularly if you store your lawnmower and expensive tools inside.

An innovative and low cost solution is to use a steel padlock with an inbuilt 110 Db audible siren( which is very loud! )and which will only sound when tampered with. The one featured here cleverly adopts an ultra sensitive mode after the alarm first sounds in case the intruder returns.

It is made of durable steel and comes with three keys. The padlock can also be used elsewhere around the property to secure garages, Summer Houses, caravans, gates, outbuilding, trailers, toolboxes, garden machinery and bicycles.

If you prefer, the product can be used as a ordinary padlock, without the alarm, and the manufacturer claims the alarm will not be triggered in windy conditions.

Another solution might be a stand alone burglar alarm system which are highly portable and at the same time can act as a self contained burglar alarm system. The better ones incorporate PIR motion detector, built-in siren and keypad.
